Membership Options available:
If you are new to CrossFit® and have attended an introduction session, we recommend booking a 3, 6 or 9 session PT with our Head Coach Matt. In these sessions, Matt will take you through the foundational movements of CrossFit®, this will not only get you used to the movements, but also build up confidence before integrating into the CrossFit® WOD classes.
If you haven’t yet attended an introduction session, you can book a drop in with us here.
If you have attended an introduction session, and would like some PT sessions before integrating into class, you can book PTs with Matt below:
