Classes
At CrossFit Esher, we offer a wide variety of fitness classes to ensure we have something for everyone. With each class, there is no experience required, we are here to help you build a healthier, fitter lifestyle.
CrossFit Esher has a full schedule of classes running 7 days a week. There is something for everyone, no matter your experience. Our trained & knowledgeable coaches are there to guide you throughout the session to ensure we are meeting you where you are at and working towards your goals.
CrossFit is our core class and runs throughout each day of the week. Hyrox classes are our newly launched addition to the timetable and is the perfect class for all fitness enthusiasts. Other classes, such as Barbell & Gymnastics are offered as a great opportunity to learn and refine extra skills, acting as a great supplement to all training styles.
CrossFit Classes
60 minute group fitness class completing the CrossFit workout of the day, led by an experienced coach. The class consists of a warm up, movement break down, the workout and a call down. Expect a variety of different functional movements improving strength and enurance.
Hyrox Classes
60 minute class to complete the HYROX 365 programme led by an experienced Coach. We follow the Foundation and Complete programme to prepare athletes for Fitness racing. HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times.
Barbell Classes
45 minute technique class, led by an experienced Coach. The class focuses on either the Clean, Jerk or Snatch. A class to dedicated to Barbell/ lifting technique. Class includes a warm up drills, technical aspects and an occasional workout.
Gymnastics Classes
60 minutes class designed to introduce you to and build your confidence in the gymnastic movements within CrossFit, as well as improve your general movement and mobility. No previous gymnastics experience is necessary and classes will be a relaxed low-pressure environment.
Erg Classes
45 minutes class featuring high-intensity, endurance-focused workouts designed to build cardiovascular fitness and stamina. Each session uses a mix of rowing, skiing, and biking intervals, with varied distances and formats like ladders, AMRAPs, and EMOMs. These workouts challenge athletes to push their limits while offering a fresh and engaging experience each week. Perfect for all fitness levels, they’re a great way to improve overall conditioning and keep training fun and varied.
