More than just a workout - it is training for life and health longevity.

CrossFit is for everyone, whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or you're an experienced athlete looking to level up. Our expert coaches and programming will help you build strength, fitness, and confidence in a supportive environment.

Everything you need to know about CrossFit Classes at CrossFit Esher

  • CrossFit is for everyone—whether you’re completely new to training, returning after a break, or an experienced athlete looking for a challenge. Every movement can be scaled to match your ability, so you can train at your own pace while still pushing yourself.

  • Here is an example CrossFit session:

    Warm up:
    10 shoulder taps.
    20m Burpee broad jumps.
    200m Treadmill run.

    Strength:
    Strict Press 5 x 8

    Workout:

    3 rounds
    500m Row
    12 Deadlifts
    21 Box jumps

  • It depends on your experience and goals.

New to CrossFit? Start with 2-3 sessions per week to allow your body to adapt.
Regular gym-goer? Training 3-5 times per week will help you see noticeable improvements.
Experienced athlete? You can train 5+ times per week, balancing intensity with recovery.

At CrossFit Esher, we focus on sustainable progress—our coaches can help you find the right training frequency based on your fitness level and lifestyle.

  • No! You don’t need to be fit to start CrossFit—CrossFit helps you get fit.

Every workout is scaleable to your level, meaning:
    • Movements can be scaled (lighter weights, modified exercises)
    • You work at your own pace, with guidance from experienced coaches.

Fitness is about progress, not perfection—start where you are and improve over time.
