Our Gymnastic classes are in a low pressure, coach-led environment.

Gymnastics is a key part of CrossFit, whether it’s pull-ups, handstands, muscle-ups, or core control.

 

These movements build strength, coordination, and mobility in a way that carries over into every aspect of your training.

Everything you need to know about Gymnastic Classes at CrossFit Esher

  • Anyone who would like to learn and refine gymnastic skills!

    Beginners – If you’re new to gymnastics, this class will help you build strength and confidence.
    Intermediate Athletes – Refine your pull-ups, handstands, and kipping mechanics.

    CrossFit Athletes – Master movement efficiency to make workouts smoother and more effective.

  • Here is an example Gymnastics class:

    Part A

    Handstand practice 8:00

    Part B

    20:00 AMRAP

    60 DUs
    50 Air Squats
    40 TTB
    30 Push Ups
    20 Pull Ups
    10 Wall Walks

    • Improve CrossFit performance – More efficient gymnastics means smoother workouts and better overall fitness.
