Lucas Costa

CrossFit Level 2 Coach, British Weightlifting Level 1

I have been coaching CrossFit since 2014 starting on a part-time basis and now it has been my full-time job since 2018. I love getting to help people achieve their potential every day and witness the physical and mental changes each member goes through on their fitness journey.

With years of coaching and personal training in various CrossFit gyms under my belt, I have a lot of experience working with every type of person, from the guy walking in with years of competitive training behind them, to a Mum getting back into fitness after having children, or simply someone looking to lose weight. My ethos is to treat and coach everyone with the same respect that they deserve. 

In my classes, you will always be reminded of the basics as they are the foundation of the CrossFit program. I like to use the PVC pipe with all of my athletes, no matter the experience but the most important thing to me is seeing that smile on your face at the end of the session.
